Shipping

Eligible orders ship with tracking and insurance.
Signature may be required for higher-value shipments.
Shipping timing depends on whether the item is ready-to-ship, sourced, made-to-order, or custom.
If you have a proposal date or travel deadline, contact us before ordering.

Made-to-order and custom pieces

Many engagement ring settings, custom pieces, sourced stones, and special-order items are produced or secured specifically for the client. Timing can vary by stone availability, metal, ring size, design details, and production requirements.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are typically final sale once production, sourcing, or setting work begins unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.

Returns and exchanges

Return eligibility depends on the item type. Ready-to-ship, non-custom items may be reviewed for return or exchange eligibility. Custom, engraved, resized, altered, sourced, special-order, and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return after work begins.

Ring sizing and resizing

Ring sizing should be confirmed before ordering whenever possible. Some rings can be resized more easily than others. Pave bands, eternity bands, unusual settings, certain gemstone rings, and custom designs may have sizing limits.

Craftsmanship warranty

Palermo Havana stands behind the craftsmanship of pieces we create or source. Warranty coverage is intended for manufacturing or workmanship concerns and does not cover normal wear, impact damage, loss, theft, misuse, third-party repairs, or damage from improper cleaning.

If something feels loose, bent, sharp, or unusual, stop wearing the piece and contact us before the issue becomes larger.

Jewelry insurance

For engagement rings, diamond jewelry, and higher-value pieces, independent jewelry insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance can help protect against loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, and damage outside standard workmanship coverage.
