You can begin with a setting, diamond shape, inspiration photo, budget, timeline, or a quote you found online. If you already have a Blue Nile, Rare Carat, Brilliance, or local jeweler quote, send it before you buy so we can review the details with you.

2. Review the diamond and certificate

For center diamonds, we look at more than carat weight. We help compare grading reports, proportions, face-up size, color, clarity, shape, and value so the stone makes sense for the ring you want.

3. Confirm the setting direction

Once the diamond direction is clear, we help confirm the setting style, metal, ring size, side-stone details, and any custom notes. Some rings begin from a made-to-order setting, while more personal designs may need extra custom work.

4. Finalize quote, timeline, and details

Before moving forward, confirm the full scope: center stone, setting, metal, size, production expectations, insured shipping or pickup, and any resizing or warranty questions. Custom and made-to-order work should be clear before payment.

5. Production, inspection, and delivery

After approval, the ring is made or sourced according to the confirmed details. Palermo Havana reviews the piece before delivery and helps coordinate next steps for insured shipping, pickup, proposal timing, or after-sale service questions.
